The taste of Thai noodle cooking method really does working surprisingly well, and as you said can be made pretty decent with some additions. I ended up having a ton of their peanut noodles early pandemic and generally added like an extra quarter cup of peanut butter and about the same of sriracha which made them nicely more filling and flavourful.

I love Thai food. I’m Vietnamese and so in our cuisines we use a lot of similar ingredients due to geographic proximity on the map. This video reminded me that my mom would make a lot of Vietnamese foods at home that for some reason they don’t really serve in a lot of typical Vietnamese restaurants. But we have so much more to offer, so if you have any Vietnamese friends inviting you to their house for an authentic meal - accept! 😂😊 Honestly I would love to try some more Thai dishes that are not as common in the typical Thai restaurants too.

Here's a tip. The sewing on the bag is different on each side. The side that looks really clean like dashes -------- is not the side that untangles. Instead of starting at the end of the string, cut the string at the first knot in the bag, then you're looking for a single string that untangles itself from the loops. Might take a few tries, if it knots itself then cut it and try again. It's always one single string, but at least now you know which side you need to pull the string. Shouldn't matter which direction left or right

Pailin preps all ingredients before beginning her cook. She also cuts them uniform thickness/sizes to ensure they take the same time to cook. Veges: I've been told to put veges in in the order of longest to cook to shortest to cook. So the stalks before the leaves.
